These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Argentis coaching application at https://app.argentis.tech (the "Service"), operated by Argentis Group LLC ("Argentis", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Argentis provides a health and longevity coaching experience. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You access the Service by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at ashley@argentis.com of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, accessing it through unauthorized means, using it unlawfully, or infringing the rights of others.
Argentis provides general health, wellness, and longevity coaching for informational purposes only. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, and seek immediate medical attention in an emergency.
The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by Argentis and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the information you provide; you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argentis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
