This Privacy Policy explains how Argentis Group LLC ("Argentis", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Argentis coaching application at https://app.argentis.tech (the "Service").

Who we are

The Service is operated by Argentis Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in Park City, Utah, USA. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at ashley@argentis.com.

Information we collect

Google account information (Google Sign-In). When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We use this solely to create and secure your account and to identify you within the Service.

Information you provide to the Service. Argentis is a health and longevity coaching application. To provide coaching, we process the information you choose to share with your coach, including voice interactions and health- and wellness-related inputs you enter.

Technical and usage data. We collect basic device, log, and diagnostic data (such as app version, session timestamps, and error logs) needed to operate and secure the Service.

Google user data — Limited Use

Argentis's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

How we use information

We use the information above only to:

authenticate you and provide the Service's core coaching features;
maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
communicate with you about the Service; and
comply with legal obligations.

How we store and protect information

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase / Firestore, region us-central1). We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers that process data on our behalf to run the Service, namely Google Cloud Platform (hosting, authentication) and Google's Gemini API (AI processing), each of which processes data under its own terms and only as needed to deliver the Service; and
Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or Argentis.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can:

revoke Argentis's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; and
request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting ashley@argentis.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact ashley@argentis.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
